Conditions of use

By accessing and using this web site, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.


Payment for all items can be taken in Pounds Sterling only. All payments are due upon placement of an order. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. We can accept payment by Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer and Paypal. Please note, for security reasons, we can not ship to an unconfirmed address. In you are unable to provide a confirmed address, payment must be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer

Availabilty and Ordering

This website is intended to show only items of stock that are still available for sale, but it is still possible that an item may be sold during your visit to the web site. In the unlikely event of an item being unavailable by the time you place your order we will inform you by email or phone. In addition we reserve the right to keep an item listed on our site until any sale is completed and the item has been delivered.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the Barone Coffee Company at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the Barone Coffee Company. Shipping costs will vary if shipping internationally and the price must be checked before ordering. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible.

Verification of Goods

It is the responsibility of the recipient to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery.
In the case of observed damage or missing items, recipients must notify the carrier and inform Barone Coffee Company as soon as possible and withing 14 days of receipt of the item/s, so that a claim may be filed (retaining all relevant invoice and signed delivery notes). Barone Coffee Company shall in such circumstances provide you with identical replacement merchandise if stock remains, or a full refund in the event of out of stock or where requested.

Cancellation & Returns

  • Barone Coffee Company is happy to exchange or refund purchases made from our website or by telephone, provided they are returned in a saleable and unused condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days and accompanied by proof of purchase.   • Once an order is dispatched, the buyer is responsible for the return of goods and any costs incurred.
  • In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we regret that we are unable to accept the returns of consumables or perishables.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Limitations of Liability

Barone Coffee Company will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. Barone Coffee Company is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, Barone Coffee Company shares no responsibility.
